Banquet Ticket Names 2025 National Finals Release and Waiver In consideration of allowing me to participate in the 2025 National Finals in Ft. Worth, TX , I agree to the following and I am doing so on my own accord. I give this acknowledgement freely and knowingly. I represent and warrant that I am physically and mentally fit and that, as a result, able to participate. I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I am fully aware that this is a potentially HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY, and possible physical injury might occur to me as a result of my participation. I agree to assume the full risk, including risk which is not specifically foreseeable of any injuries, including death, damages, or loss, regardless of severity, which I may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with the 2025 National Finals in which event shall include forging metals and shoeing live horses. Without limitation this release, and waiver shall include acts or omissions and negligence, whether they be my own or those of anyone else. In consideration of the right to participate in the 2025 National Finals, I hereby waive any and all rights or claims I may have as a result of participation in the 2025 National Finals against World Championship Blacksmiths LLC and its employees, members and volunteer staff and Billy Bob's and its employees, members and volunteer staff and all individuals assisting in instruction, participating, and conducting these activities. I hereby fully release and discharge them from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages or loss, which may occur to me or my heirs arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the 2025 National Finals. I acknowledge and represent that I have read and fully understand this RELEASE & WAIVER of claims, and that, if I had any questions or issue regarding it, have asked the questions and have been provided with full and complete information which was fully responsive.
